Since its establishment, it served in the projects of Uludağ Electricity Distribution Corp., Çamlıbel Electricity Distribution Corp., Akdeniz Electricity Distribution Corp., Boğaziçi Electricity Distribution Corp., TED, Limgaz, Kargı HEPP, Yusufeli HEPP, LimakPort, KMO, TANAP, Kuzu Residence and Mall, Atakule GYO in Turkey, and overseas services include Kosova Electricty Distribution Corp., Limak – AGE (Albania), Summa – Limak (Senegal Dakar Airport).
With the EHA Joint Venture, which was established in 2015, the company also served in superstructure electromechanical projects by undertaking the commitments of Ankara High Speed Train Station, BEDAŞ and BEPSAŞ, headquarters buildings, İstanbul Airport electromechanical and mobilization works, UEDAŞ, ÇEDAŞ, AKDENİZ EDAŞ GIS data collection projects. About 1200 personnel are employed within Elmak in domestic and foreign construction sites. In the ISO 9001:2008 Quality and ISO 14001:2004 environmental certificates obtained in 2014, the 2015 version was passed. ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety certificates have been revised and integrated management systems have been introduced.
Within the scope of the Kuwait International Airport Project, which is under construction, it is the official subcontractor responsible for MEP works. In this context, it continues to work as an Electromechanical subcontractor in the Central Cooling Building, Service Tunnels, Water Preparation Building and T2 Terminal. In the same project, Elmak completed and delivered the construction, electrical and mechanical works of the camp site and all of the social facilities. Within the scope of the Phase 2, it has undertaken the parking lot electrical and mechanical works of Kuwait International Airport.
In addition, in the multiple-use Project of Limak Diamond of Skopje, which continues in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, MEP works of the hotel construction are completed. The contract for the MEP works of the 2nd stage, consisting of 4 residence blocks and a shopping mall, was signed, and the production started.
In Kınalı-Tekirdağ-Çanakkale-Savaştepe Motorway Project Malkara-Çanakkale (Including 1915 Çanakkale Bridge) section, “Highway Lighting and Electrification” works, “Bridge Structural Health Monitoring System Partial Supply and Erection” works and “Bridge Intelligent Transportation System Supply and Installation” works are carried out by Elmak – YM İdis Ordinary Partnership. Acceptance, testing, and commissioning of all systems were completed in 2022.
All electrical and mechanical works of the Central Bank Campus in the İstanbul International Finance Center Project were undertaken by Elmak. The construction of the Central Bank building, which consists of 340 thousand square meters of closed area and will be the tallest building of Türkiye with a height of 310 meters when completed, is planned to be completed in 2023.
