The Limak Foundation was established in 2016 to champion the core values of Limak – to Empower, Educate and Engage.

The vision of the Foundation is simple – to strive for positive societal transformation and for society to be collectively successful. Limak nurtures and supports those it helps through all the stages of their development, including their education and professional careers.

The Limak Foundation’s existence is predicated on its ambition to relentlessly support 3 key social causes:

Girls’ education and women’s empowerment
Support to artists and cultural innovators
Promoting entrepreneurship
Through these strands of work, the Limak Foundation is able to provide a framework of opportunities and sustained development to those it seeks to help and the societies they live in. At the core of Limak Foundation is the belief that positive societal transformation is intrinsically linked to education, a pivotal and leading factor in economic growth, employment, and wellbeing. Our flagship programme, Global Engineer Girls, is devoted to the empowerment and education of girls in the engineering sector.
